These terms govern your PolluxTool account and paid access. The Software licence governs permitted use of the program, and the Privacy notice explains account-data processing.

1. The account and service

PolluxTool is a browser-based binary editor and analysis tool. Basic and Pro features, file-size limits and other allowances are shown in the current application and account offer. Some calculations and premium code require an active verified account and an internet connection for access validation.

Use an email address that belongs to you and keep it accessible. Your registered email and internal account record identify your account; the display name can be changed. Normal profile settings do not change the registered email. Contact the operator if you need to correct it or resolve an access problem. Each account is for one individual; do not share login credentials, resell access or allow another person to use your account.

Keep your password, authenticator and recovery codes secure. Tell the operator promptly if you suspect unauthorised account use. You are responsible for complying with the law and having permission to work on the files you open or modify.

2. Passes and subscriptions

OfferCurrent pricePayment and access period
1-day Pro pass€5One payment; 24 hours of access; no automatic renewal.
3-day Pro pass€10One payment; 72 hours of access; no automatic renewal.
Monthly Pro subscription€15 per monthAutomatically renews and charges monthly until cancelled.
Yearly Pro subscription€120 per yearAutomatically renews and charges yearly until cancelled.

The available price, currency, taxes and billing interval are displayed before payment in the account offer and Stripe Checkout. Review those details before confirming a purchase. A pass begins after a successful payment is verified; a further pass may extend an existing pass period as shown in your account. A pass does not start or renew a recurring subscription.

Recurring subscriptions authorise Stripe to collect the displayed recurring amount on each billing date until cancellation takes effect. The purchase confirmation and account subscription section show the applicable period and status. A return to the success page alone is not proof that payment succeeded or access was granted.

3. Managing and cancelling a subscription

Open Account → Subscription and use the Stripe billing portal to manage a payment method, view available invoices or cancel renewal. A cancellation scheduled for the period end stops the next renewal; access normally continues to the end of the paid period shown in your account. If you cannot reach the portal, contact the operator using the details above. Deleting browser data or submitting an account-erasure request does not cancel a subscription.

If a payment fails, is reversed or cannot be verified, paid access may be limited according to the confirmed payment status. A separate unexpired pass or other valid grant may still provide access. Contact the operator if you believe the status is wrong. Existing subscribers are not moved to a new price merely because a different offer is added; any applicable future change must be communicated and handled in accordance with your contract and the law.

4. Files, results and account security

Normal binary editing happens on your device. You retain your rights in your files, scripts and results. Save your work and keep independent backups. Account-saved settings and scripts are stored separately as explained in the Privacy notice. The service records limited account-access and connection metadata for account security and licence compliance; it does not collect opened file contents or filenames through that reporting.

Calculations, recognised formats, map candidates and suggested definitions are tools for you to review. Verify important changes against your own requirements and source data before using a modified file. PolluxTool does not certify a file, device or vehicle as suitable or safe for a particular use.

5. Availability and changes

We maintain the service and may provide corrections or updates. Maintenance, network problems and account-access checks can interrupt service. We will handle material changes affecting a paid contract in accordance with applicable notice, conformity, cancellation and refund rights. These terms do not grant an unrestricted right to remove a paid feature without an appropriate remedy.

We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to address a security incident, non-payment or a material breach such as credential sharing. Contact the operator to request review. Any action and retained records must be proportionate and remain subject to applicable law and your consumer rights.

6. Consumer rights, complaints and refunds

Nothing in these terms or the Software licence excludes mandatory rights concerning withdrawal, conformity, repair or correction, price reduction, cancellation, refunds or remedies that apply to you. Agreement at registration is not a waiver of those rights. Where the law requires a separate express request or acknowledgment before immediate performance affects a withdrawal right, the general registration checkbox does not supply it.

Contact the operator above with a billing or service complaint and enough information to identify your account and purchase. Do not send full card details or authentication secrets. We will assess the facts and applicable rights, explain the outcome and arrange any remedy required by law. You may also use the consumer protection or court remedies available in your country; these terms do not impose a binding arbitration clause or remove mandatory jurisdiction protections.

7. Your agreement

Creating an account requires an active, unchecked-by-default agreement to the current Terms of service and Software licence and acknowledgment that the Privacy notice has been provided. We record the accepted document versions and time with your account. Registration does not itself authorise a payment; you separately confirm any purchase in Checkout. If terms materially change, we will give the notice and seek any further agreement required by law.
